Canterbury
The Canterbury recliner chair is available in 3 sizes, Grande, Standard and Petite, with Dual Motor and Cloud Zero Riser Recliner chair models having an optional adjustable headrest.
The Standard size Dual Motor and Cloud Zero Riser Recliner is available with an adjustable Headrest and Lumbar Support.
Matching fixed 2 and 3 seat settees are manufactured in 2 sections to enable ease of delivery.
Canterbury fabric models come with Mammoth Medical Grade Foam Seating Technology and all models are available in any Celebrity fabric or leather.
Fixed sofas and chairs are available in Standard size only.
All recliner chairs are available as manual action or powered with single or dual motors.

Tested and Recognised
Celebrity Riser Recliners are FIRA tested and meet the British Standard BS EN 8474;2013-the performance standard for rising/reclining chairs. This internationally recognised Standard tests and species the safety, strength, stability and durability of the chairs' structure. The certification applies to both Single and Dual Motor Riser Recliners up to a weight limit of 160kg/25 stone. This FIRA certification is further validation of Celebrity's product quality and safety.
Safety First Features
At Celebrity safety is always a priority. Powered models have an emergency battery backup. This will enable one use to return the chair to the desired position in the event of a power cut. Batteries should be replaced after one use or every 12 months. To prevent the unauthorised use of your powered recliner, all Celebrity handsets are detachable making the chair inoperable. In addition, to reduce the risk of accidental entrapment, all Celebrity recliners are fitted with a spring loaded footrest.

At Celebrity we are so confident that we have selected the best components to use in our recliners we offer a 5 year guarantee on all products at no extra cost. This guarantee covers the frame, action and motor components including motor, control box, transformer and headset supply leads (excludes accidental damage or mis-use). All other parts carry a full 12 month guarantee against faulty workmanship.
